Dr. Kavoussi was honored to be invited to the robot assisted microsurgical and endoscopic society (RAMSES) meeting in Maastricht, Netherlands. He lectured on the use of the operative robot in assisting with vasectomy reversal. As one of the highest volume surgeons in this operation worldwide, he is recognized as an international leader in the field. Dr. Kavoussi states, “it was very exciting to present our data and our outcomes from our vasectomy reversal program in Austin, and to demonstrate how we can give our patients excellent results with small incisions and easy recoveries to robotic microsurgeons who were attending from all corners of the planet”. Dr. Kavoussi continues to advocate the use of this technology to assist the knowledge and experience of microsurgeons with the precision of a robotic machine to serve his patients.
