Men with testicular discomfort due to a retractile testicle due to what is known as a hyperactive cremaster muscle reflex, a muscle reflex that draws the testicle up, but too vigorously in these men have been seeking an effective treatment. Dr. Kavoussi published a study on a minimally invasive outpatient surgical procedure to release the cremaster muscle to keep the testicle from retracting with excellent success rates. This study has been recognized by Wiley publishing as being in the top 10% of downloaded studies in Andrologia journal over a 12 month period.
