As a worldwide leader in the use of the robotic platform rather than operative microscope for male fertility microsurgery, Dr. Parivz Kavoussi was selected as a scientific abstract reviewer to assess the quality of abstracts being submitted for the minimally invasive surgery week of the 2017 Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons meeting in San Francisco. He states, “It is really an honor to assist with such an excellent society and to help shape the content of the meeting. This is an extremely exciting area of medicine where classic surgical principles combine with the highest level of technology.
