Dr. Kavoussi was invited as a guest lecturer at the infertility symposium at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. This included the evaluation and treatment of men and couples interested in vasectomy reversal, including the technological advancement to the use of robotics for this surgery. The audience included residents and fellows in training in the departments of urology, obstetrics and gynecology, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Kavoussi enjoys teaching physicians in training and hopes to impact their interests and practice patterns when they complete training to provide care for patients in practice themselves.
